Experience: Brings 10+ years of experience in investment management, contract management, regulatory compliance, and strategic operational planning. LaTarsha has led SEC compliance initiatives for multiple investment funds, ensuring strict adherence to federal securities laws, investor disclosures, and reporting standards. She has successfully developed investment structures that comply with SEC regulations, positioning investment vehicles for long-term success.
Team Role: As the lead in investor relations, LaTarsha specializes in capital raising, campaign strategies, and investor engagement. She plays a pivotal role in crafting compelling investment narratives, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring investor confidence through transparency and compliance-driven practices. She will oversee all investor-facing communications and investor retention strategies.

Raul specializes in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, investor disclosures, and compliance reporting. His expertise extends to developing internal financial controls, optimizing tax-efficient investment strategies, and structuring performance-based investor reporting models. With a background in investment banking and financial auditing, Raul has played a critical role in developing compliance frameworks and implementing financial governance best practices.
